Shekinah Adult Training & Habilitation Services    

 (SATHS) is a unique day support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We know support looks different for everyone and that is why our program creates a unique person-centered plan for each person in our day program. By limiting our class sizes to 10 at our locations, we get to know each person and their goals which leads to greater fulfillment and success. 

Our day support provides an opportunity for persons who are diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, mental illness or physical challenges with a supportive and engaging environment to become more independent.  Our programs allow persons to build friendships and enjoy activities to enhance their self-esteem, independence, confidence, and social skills. 

Our weekly curriculum at our day support program incorporates a healthy balance of therapeutic instruction, recreational activity, social interaction, community integration and volunteer opportunities.

We provide Employment Exploration, Development and Support. Our 12-week career skills/training programs provide clients with the skills needed to be successful on any job.  

We offer contracted VRS services. VRS works with schools and contracted providers across Minnesota to identify career exploration and competitive integrated employment opportunities to provide transition services, including pre-employment transition services, for students and youth with disabilities.
